Our Mission
At Innovative Remodeling & Designs, our mission is to transform homes and improve the way families experience their spaces. We bring together quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and attention to detail to create kitchens, bathrooms, renovations, and custom projects built around each client’s vision.
Since 2020, we have continued to grow without losing sight of the values that built our company: faith, integrity, communication, and doing the job right. We believe every project is an opportunity to build trust, serve with purpose, and create something our clients can be proud of for years to come.
We’re not here to be your average contractor. We’re here to raise the standard.
Your vision. Our craftsmanship. Built with purpose.
Mickel Gray is the Founder and CEO of Innovative Remodeling & Designs, a company built on faith, integrity, craftsmanship, and a vision for something greater.
Since founding the company in 2020, Mickel has helped grow Innovative Remodeling & Designs from a remodeling company into an expanding residential construction business. With a hands-on approach to leadership, he remains involved in the vision, design, and execution of projects while building a team committed to delivering quality work and an exceptional client experience.
For Mickel, construction is about more than transforming houses. It’s about building trust, creating opportunities, and leaving a lasting impact on families and communities. His long-term vision is to continue expanding into residential development—building quality homes for families, creating housing opportunities for seniors, and using the company’s growth as a platform to give back.
That commitment extends well beyond the job site. Mickel is passionate about investing in the next generation through youth sports, coaching, mentorship, sponsorships, and community involvement. He believes success carries a responsibility to create opportunities for others and help young people recognize their potential.
At the center of it all are faith and family. Those values continue to shape the way Mickel leads his team, serves his clients, and approaches the future of Innovative Remodeling & Designs.
For Mickel, the goal isn’t simply to build a successful company—it’s to build something that makes a difference.
